Nana Mirdad Annoyed To Get Bad Services From Online Shop Sellers

JAKARTA - Actress Nana Mirdad shared an unpleasant experience when shopping at an online store. He felt disappointed because he felt cheated by an dishonest seller regarding the method of sending the goods he bought.

"Oh, the most violent thing is being lied to by a seller at Tokped. It's not a matter of money, it's more in principle," wrote Nana Mirdad, quoted by VOI from Instagram @nanamirdad_, Wednesday, February 26.

Nana explained that she bought Mika plastic for accessories and was promised instant delivery using an online motorcycle taxi. However, after the transaction was made, the goods never arrived.

"Buy Mika plastic for accessories, he said he could send it directly. After yesterday's purchase, it was immediately processed. Until now, it didn't stop," he said.

When trying to ask the seller, he actually got an answer which he considered vague and did not match the initial agreement.

"When asked this morning, the instant should immediately use an online motorcycle taxi, 3 hours to arrive. The answer is very easy, 'wait for it, brother, in delivery'," he continued.

According to Nana, the seller's response seemed as if he did not understand the situation and tried to buy time.

"Use pretending, 'I'll check first', at first it was as if he wasn't confused as to why he didn't arrive. If it's instant, I don't have to check, I'll be able to track it myself, Ms.," said Nana.

What irritated him even more was that after checking, it turned out that the delivery was not done with instant services as promised.

"It turned out that after checking the resi, it didn't use an online motorcycle taxi, what did you want to check?! And as soon as I asked what the name of the delivery company was, it didn't want to be answered," he continued.

Feeling disappointed, Nana also appealed to netizens to be careful and not to shop at stores that she thought were not trusted.

"Don't shop at GG stores in Indonesia at Tokped. It's very not recommended. And it turns out that after reading the review, the victim has been very lazy," he said.
