Baim Wong Presents Fact Witness, Calls Paula Verhoeven Alone With Men Until Dawn

JAKARTA - Baim Wong again presented two witnesses in his divorce trial with Paula Verhoeven.

In this trial, Baim Wong's attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, said that the two witnesses provided information about Paula alone with a man who was not her muhrim.

"These two witnesses explained that there was a woman alone in one place with a man who was not her muhrim," said Fahmi Bachmid at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday, January 22.

When asked about the location, Fahmi said that the incident was not carried out in public spaces and occurred for hours until dawn.

"It is impossible in the witness' public space until 4 am. (It happened) somewhere," continued Fahmi.

Regarding the alleged adultery, Fahmi did not want to explain further and allowed the panel of judges to judge.

"I declare that there is a woman alone with a man who is not her muhrim. We Muslims have our own Shari'a, have a prohibition, how about someone who is not with a man who is not her muhrim or vice versa," he explained.

In this trial, the total evidence that has been submitted to the court from Baim's side is 83 pieces of evidence and 14 witnesses including 3 expert witnesses.
