Ending Contract, NewJeans Reveals Content Certification Contents To ADOR Publicly

JAKARTA - NewJeans revealed all the contents of the content certification they submitted to ADOR. The content certificate is a document containing points related to losses and requests to terminate the contract. This document also shows changes in claims and issues related to debt between individuals and companies.

On November 29 yesterday, five NewJeans members: Hanni, Minji, Danielle, Haerin, Hyein announced they would leave ADOR after their content certification was not responded to. They also stated that they would make the document publicly accessible.

The document consists of 26 pages containing submissions from the five NewJeans members to ADOR. The following is a summary of NewJeans' request to their agency.

In a leak of weekly reports on HYBE, one of the writings reads plans to slowly throw NewJeans' career away. ADOR responded that it "throw away" intends that LE SSERAFIM should build its own uniqueness compared to being grouped with NewJeans and IVE.

They asked BELIFT LAB managers to formally apologize after telling their group members to ignore Hanni at HYBE when they passed. ADOR responded that BELIFT LAB rejected the manager's meeting.

In addition, several photos of NewJeans members before their debut circulated revealed to be from HYBE. ADOR responded that they were trying to find their track record even though they were not the ones who spread it.

NewJeans also regretted that the video concept uploaded by Shin Woo Seok was deleted because of ADOR's request, however, ADOR said that their issue only focused on ETA Director's Cut which was not uploaded on the HYBE YouTube channel.

The members also hope that their concepts and characteristics can become unique so that they ask Min Hee Jin to return to the position of CEO of ADOR. ADOR responded that they made Min Hee Jin an internal director to ensure their concept continued to be consistent.

On the other hand, they could not realize NewJeans' request to return Min Hee Jin. They did not explain the reason. ADOR also hopes they can meet with NewJeans members for discussion.

NewJeans announced their contract with ADOR would expire on November 29 evening after 14 days of the content certification period was submitted. They don't have to pay a penalty because no contract has been violated either with the agency and related brands.

NewJeans also stated that they would continue to complete contracts with brands and scheduled activities.
