JAKARTA - Mozzarella is a type of soft cheese that is commonly used as a topping of various types of food. Recently, a mixed viral mozzarella cheese snack that is savory with a spicy taste using a Nashville fried chicken spice.

The snack is made by frying mozzarella cheese with bread flour. The texture is crunchy and grating and wrapped in Nashville-style spicy sauce, but the inside is lumer.

Launching from Mashed, on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, the creation of the mozzarella fried cheese snack was introduced by Chipotle. The snack is a secret menu at the restaurant which is named Honey Chipotle Mozz, which is valued at 10 dollars or Rp158 thousand for three of its men.

The virality of this Nashville mozza snack arrived in Indonesia and many tried to make it, including Tasyi Athasyia's culinary content. Through his TikTok account, he shared a video of making Nashville mozza snacks using Indonesian ingredients.

In the video, Tasyi can be seen using mozzarella cheese which is cut thick, then coated with flour and shaken eggs. Then the dough is coated with bread flour, then fried until crunchy.

For Nashville sauce, Tasyi Athasyia also makes her own concoctions. She uses chili powder, pepper powder, and several other ingredients. After the sauce is finished, Tasyi then smears the sauce outside the fried dough.

Then Tasyi Athasyia ate the Nashville mozza snack and seemed to be enjoying it very much. He also added cocolant sour and cream sauce to add to the pleasure of the snack.
