New Trend, Nigiri Sushi Package With DIY Concept, Can Eat Anywhere

JAKARTA - Sushi is a typical Japanese food that is very popular around the world. Sushi consists of many types, and is usually served in fresh conditions.

However, recently there was a new innovation related tofocus, namely the DAIY (do it yourself)▁asing nigiri package. Reporting from Sora News, Tuesday, November 19, 2024, the DIY▁asingzigi package was offered by a Commercial delivery company called Gin no Sara.

The DIYfoli package is offered with frozen ingredients. Buyers can mix it themselves anywhere and anytime if they want to eat it, because in the package all the ingredients are provided to make▁asingziri.

This Yogyakarta package product is called At-Home Nigiri Sushi. In making the package, Gin no Sara collaborated with Sanriku fisheries in the Iwate prefecture, Japan.

The nigiri Yogyakarta package is packaged in a box, in which there are already 10 boxes oferate rice that have been peppered with vinegar and formed. There are also 5 slices of frozen fish and 5 other seafood slices.

The frozen fish and seafood slices consist of tuna,callop, shrimp, salmon eggs (ikura), cut tuna (negitoro), salmon, squid, jacopever fish, greenling fish, flounder fish, and nori or dried seaweed. The package also provides wasabi and shoyu.

All ingredients in the package are frozen, so they are required to lubricate them first. For frozen fish and seafood, it can be soaked in water, while rice can be heated in the microwave.

In the DAIY snack package, there are also gloves, which can be used to makefoy more hygienic. You can makefolis by taking a block of rice that has been heated, then placing a piece of fish or seafood on it.

Even though the ingredients are frozen, the Yogyakarta Nigiri package is confirmed to still have a fresh taste. The price of one package is priced at 2,680 yen or around Rp274 thousand.
