JAKARTA - The Young Wife's Guna-User Film, remake of the 1977 classic film, which is ready to be present in cinemas throughout Indonesia on November 28. Ahead of its broadcast, Falcon Black released a second poster showing tensions and deepening horror nuances, building audience expectations of the mystical conflict within it.

This film is directed by Robby Ertanto and stars well-known actors and actresses, including Anjasmara, Lulu Tobing, Happy Salma, Carissa Perusset, Abidzar Al Ghifari, Elang El Gibran, and Donny Damara.

The use of Young Wife tells the story of Burhan's (Anjasmara) life which has changed completely after marrying Angel (Carissa Perusset) as her young wife. Angel's virtue in working with a shaman, Sumi (Happy Salma), to take over the wealth of Burhan. The life of Burhan and his first wife, Vivian (Lulu Tobing), turned into horror when various mystical events began to haunt them.

Things are getting hotter as Roy (Elang El Gibran), a victim of Angel's manipulation in the past, tries to uncover Angel. Abidzar Al Ghifari, who plays Burhan's best friend, adds to the dynamics of the story with a mysterious side and tension in their friendship.

In the launch of this second poster, Carissa Perusset, who plays Angel, shared her views on the characters she performed. Angel is a character who has a very big dark side and ambition. He is willing to do anything to achieve his goals, including justifying the mystical way. This is a very challenging role and forcing me to explore the depth of an unusual character. I hope the audience can feel Angel's manipulative side and the tension that arises between the characters," said Carissa in a media statement, Wednesday, November 6.

Abidzar Al Ghifari, conveyed his impression about this film. "I am happy to be a part of this project, because Guna-guna Istri Muda presents a classic horror feel that is very distinctive and different from most horror films. Here, I play as a character who has a strong bond with Burhan, but also has to face various odd events. The atmosphere of tension is felt when filming, and I think the audience will feel the same way," said Abidzar.
