JAKARTA - Sina Musyrik is ready to hit theaters starting October 31, 2024. The film, directed by Hadrah Daeng Ratu, stars Marthino Lio and Delia Husein.

The film Sina Musyrik tells the story of Nugie's (Marthino Lio) attempt to heal his mother. Urged by debt to despair, Nugie was forced to take his mother who was seriously ill to a magic shaman, Mbah Narto. Seeing Mbah Narto's property, Nugie was tempted to get it.

But poor, what he got wasn't money, but the sacred Keris of the shaman. Since then, Nugie has had to face the terror of Ni Larapati who is so terrible!

Not only Nugie who experienced terror, but the people around him began to die one by one.

Hadrah Daeng Ratu said that Musyrik's sins were not just horror films that presented the form of a scary demon or jinn.

"The film Sinan Musyrik about things that are forbidden by religion and hated by God, as well as related to supernaturalities and invisible creatures. Musyrik means that humans ally with jinn or creatures other than God, become their servants. What is interesting about this film is not only about jinn or the supernatural world, but the behavior of musyrik itself. This is what makes me interested in making this film," Hadrah said when contacted Thursday, September 3.

"The film Sina Musyrik tells the story of a person who believes that a dead object that he believes can bring something he hopes for, for example, healing, sustenance, power, empowerment and others, where this behavior is actually in religion is a musyrik behavior that will bring sin," he continued.

In Musyrik, Marthino Lio plays Nugie. Nugie is told as a young man who is in debt because he has to pay for his family. However, because of the debt, Nugie was caught in musyrik sins.

In addition to his challenging role, Nugie is interested in being involved in this film for several reasons.

"Because I had the opportunity to compete acting with my wife (Delia Husein), and I can work together Mrs. Hadrah, and I don't know why I make offers from Multi every time, I first shoot or shoot in the world, it's the first opportunity, right?
