Chikita Meidy Somasi Her Own Friend After Reported Defamation

JAKARTA - The former child artist Chikita Meidy made her own friend,founda Oktavia Rosa, who had reported it to the police on suspicion of defamation. This started when warida felt aggrieved by Chikita because her words were alleged to have harmed Chikita Meidy's skincare business.

In fact, according to Chikita, what he said while live on his TikTok account was a fact. "We made facilitation about Oktavia Rosa yesterday, this is proof of the summons. Where the contents of the summons stated that we invited Elida Oktavia Rosa to clarify what she reported at the Regional Police," said Adam Barkah Setiadi, Chikita Meidy's attorney in the Ampera area, South Jakarta, Friday, September 27.

Unfortunately, in the first summons, there was no response from warungda, so Chikita sent a second subpoena. If this summons is again ignored, Chikita will take legal action.

"If we have sent the second subpoena but there is no response, there is no more answer, then we will be forced to take legal action to report back," explained Adam Barkah.

Dalam kesempatan ini Chikita juga mencoba merespon laporan senjada itu. Ia merasa kalau apa yang dilakukan fokda malah lebih membuat namanya.

"It sounds funny, yes, I feel defamed even though actually this alleged defamation bombing me," said Chikita Meidy.

Then Chikita emphatically explained that he already has evidence that his business went bankrupt due to sabotage.

"I reported back to him and I also provided evidence, by Allah's power, for the past two weeks I managed to find evidence from customer chats, chat resellers, distributors, suppliers. It's all complete," he said.
