Not Accepting Defamation After Failing PON, Saaih Halilintar: Having An NPWP Since 2020

JAKARTA - Saaih Halilintar opened his voice after failing to participate in the 2024 PON. He failed to compete because he did not pass the administration, which led to news that he did not have NPWP and BPJS.

A few days after the news, Saaih spoke on his TikTok account. He was surprised to see himself being blasphemed while he was still disappointed for failing to compete.

"I don't understand, many of my compatriots suddenly slandered me for not paying taxes because I was slandered for not having an NPWP, while I was sad to fail to participate in the PON which I had prepared for a long time," said Saaih Halilintar in his latest upload.

Saaih also added proof that he already has BPJS and NPWP. He also said that his family received an award for being obedient to paying taxes.

"I have BPJS from 2018 and have NPWP from 2020, and the President also makes the e-KTP integrated with NPWP. So 100 percent is slander," he continued.

"I only regret that there are people who make PON look more to administrative events than an achievement event," he said.

Saaih ranks first in golfers who want to be registered, but due to administrative delays, Saaih cannot participate in the competition.

This was confirmed by Paulus Rudy Jr as the manager of the Banten PON team who asked them to complete the 2024 PON registration administrative files. These files include ID cards or KIA, BPJS Health, Family Cards, and NPWP.

Saaih only sent NPWP and BPJS Kesehatan on August 1, 2024. In fact, the decree for the appointment of five golfers from Banten came out that day and could not be replaced. As a result, Saaih failed to take part in the 2024 PON.
