Case Of Alleged Embezzlement Of Ex Manager's Money Delegated To The Prosecutor's Office, Fuji Ready To Face Trial

JAKARTA - The case of alleged embezzlement of money from former Fuji's manager which made him lose billions of rupiah has been transferred to the Prosecutor's Office.

This was said directly by Fuji's attorney, Sandy Arifin. Now his party is waiting for the trial schedule from the Public Prosecutor.

However, Sandy said that the trial was planned to be held this month.

"We are waiting from the Public Prosecutor when he will be tried. Maybe in approximately this month," said Sandy Arifin in the Ragunan area, Tuesday, September 3.

Responding to this, Sandy said that his client was ready to attend the trial if needed.

Fuji has even prepared witnesses who will support his testimony.

"What is certain is from our client when there is an official summons for the trial process as a victim, God willing, it will be present along with the witness witness," added Sandy Arifin.

Not only Fuji, the father, Haji Faisal is also certain to be present to support the case of his youngest daughter even though she was not appointed as a witness.

"So Pak Haji also said that although he was not used as a witness, he would also be present to support Fuji in the ongoing report for the trial process," he said.
