Father Dies, Sammy Simorangkir: Break My Heart, Pa!

JAKARTA - Sad news came from singer Sammy Simorangkir who had just been left forever by his father, Dolly Simorangkir after receiving treatment at a hospital in Jakarta.

Dolly Simorangkir passed away on Monday, August 5 at 23:10 WIB at the age of 81 years.

Even though his father had just left him, Sammy Simorangkir still had to be professional in carrying out his work. This was revealed by Sammy through uploads on his Instagram story.

"Hi, my great father, your son wants to go to bed, yes. Let there be effort to entertain," wrote Sammy Simorangkir, quoted by VOI from his personal Instagram, Wednesday, August 7.

Unfortunately, after the plane he was traveling on took off, Sammy couldn't sleep because he still didn't believe his father's departure.

Even at that moment he apologized to his father that his efforts to heal were deemed insufficient.

"Hi, Pa, it turns out that I can't sleep on the plane. Just looking out the plane window. I still can't believe it, my role model is gone, my superhero has been hugged by God," he added.

"Look at me, Pa, I have done everything you want. If there is something that is still lacking, I'm sorry, Pa," he continued.

Sammy revealed that losing his father forever made his heart feel stunned. Therefore he hopes his father can hug him just to calm him down.

"Remuk my heart, Pa. Tonight hug me, Pa. Let me be strong for work," he said.
