The Production Team Denies That Perfect Family Drama Players Have Not Been Paid

JAKARTA - Another drama production that is reportedly not yet paying its workers wages. The drama Perfect Family, which will air this year, has reportedly not paid the players a fee.

Reported by Star News, the actors and actresses of this drama have not been paid for even though they have been filming. This drama is made pre-production, which means that the entire shooting process has been completed before the drama airs.

However, the main cast and supporting cast have not been paid a penny even though this drama is scheduled to air in August. If their pay has not been given before the drama airs, it is likely that the actors will be absent from the series of drama promotions.

The production team then gave a statement that they denied the reports that Star News revealed. They confirm that all financial matters are over.

"The performances of the actors involved in the drama have been paid. We are reviewing changes to the contract with one actor," said the production team.

"But, no payment has yet been made," he said.

Perfect Family is a drama adapted from a webtoon of the same name. This drama tells the story of a happy family who begins to suspect each other when their daughter is involved in a murder case.

Perfect Family stars Kim Byung Chul, Yoon Se Ah, Kim Young Dae, Park Ju Hyun, Yoon Sang Hyun, Lee Si Woo, Kim Do Hyun, Kim Myungsoo and others.

The drama Perfect Family will air starting August 14.
