JAKARTA - The divorce trial for the couple Sarwendah and Ruben Onsu today, Tuesday, July 16, had to be postponed by the panel of judges at the South Jakarta District Court. This was conveyed by Public Relations 2 of the South Jakarta District Court, Tumpanuli Marbun, who explained that Sarwendah's home address was not found.

"It's good that today's trial should be the second summons to the defendant," said Tumpanuli Marbun at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, July 16.

"However, based on the summons received by the court, it turned out that the address listed by the previous plaintiff was not found whose name was Sarwendah. There was no Sarwendah," he added.

Seeing this, the panel of judges asked the plaintiff alias Ruben Onsu to return to hand over the defendant's latest address alias Sarwendah.

"The assembly ordered the plaintiff's attorney to summon the new address to the panel of judges for a recall," explained Tumpanuli Marbun.

Tumpanuli also added that Ruben Onsu's divorce suit was not dropped, aka still registered at the South Jakarta Religious Court.

"No (the lawsuit was withdrawn). There is enough change of address," said Tumpanuli Marbun.

Seeing this, Ruben Onsu was given one week to find his wife's new address before being recalled by the South Jakarta Religious Court.

"Yes, that's right, so the trial will come in a week, only the submission of a new address from his attorney with that address, then we will recall the defendant," he said.
