Ivan Gunawan Feels Cheated On By Cheating While Filming

JAKARTA - Prime Video with BASE Indonesia presents a reality event called LOL Indonesia: Yang Ketawa Loss. This event is an adaptation of LOL: watch out Loud who is successful in Mexico and its surroundings.

LOL Indonesia: The one who laughed lost was guided by Pandji Pragiwaksono and starred in a series of well-known Indonesian comedians ranging from Cak Lontong, Andre Taulany, Denny Cagur, Rina Nose, Indra Jegel, Gilang Dirga, Ivan Gunawan, Gilang Dirga, Asri Welas, Marshell Widianto, and Dicky Difie.

Ivan Gunawan as one of the players admitted that he was not a comedian, so he was hesitant when he received an offer from producer Indra Yudhistira.

"I never thought of myself as a joke. Because if on TV there was a joke, I always refused, but when I was offered, Mas Indra, I accepted," Ivan Gunawan told VOI in an interview session on Tuesday, July 2.

"This is the crazyst program. If I complain, this program will be bothered as long as I live," he continued.

He recalled that before filming began, he had to sign an agreement not to talk about the project to other people. He also had to promise not to talk or make dirty jokes for this event.

"Having a cellphone is not allowed. One talent is followed by several LO (Liason Officer), it is regulated to the toilet. It's funny to record. This meets a lawyer who can't talk dirtyly," he said.

When filming started, Ivan Gunawan admitted that he felt burdened because he was suddenly kidnapped and taken secretly to a place without knowing what was in sight.

"From being picked up in the boutique, he was taken to a hotel, feeling like he was having an affair. Then suddenly he was already in the hotel room, there was a bathtub, which was confused, where there was no partner," he said.

"Anyway, he has entered the room. The next day he was picked up again, closed his eyes, taken to which studio he went to, entered the dressing room and suddenly entered the set," said Ivan Gunawan.

LOL Indonesia: Yang Ketawa Loss is an event featuring 10 comedians who have a mission to make everyone laugh. The winner is a comedian who can hold back laughter throughout the mission. This show has 6 episodes and airs starting July 11 on Prime Video.
