Noverizky Rejects Peace, Rea Wiradinata's Celebrity Assets Are Threatened With Disita

JAKARTA- Celebgram Rea Wiradinata is facing a bankruptcy lawsuit or Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) at the Central Jakarta Commercial Court. The peace proposal he submitted was again rejected by related parties.

From the results of the vote on the peace proposal submitted by Rea Wiradinata on Thursday, June 20, two main creditors on behalf of Arif Budiman and Noverizky Tri Putra Pasaribu disagreed with the proposal.

Noverizky admitted that he had gone through a long struggle to get his money from Rea and finally paid off with the results of the vote.

"After the PKPU trial process lasted almost 250 days, Rea Wiradinata continued defeat after defeat. And now it has reached its peak, where Rea can no longer submit a peace proposal," said Noverizky at the South Jakarta Police Headquarters, Thursday, June 20.

"With this defeat, Rea Wiradinata is certain to be bankrupt," he said.

On this basis, Nove said Rea's property would soon be confiscated by the curator.

"The next process, the curator will execute Rea's assets based on bankruptcy provisions. So far, several Rea assets have been detected," he explained.

In the PKPU decision letter number 288/Pdt-sus-PKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst, the court won the lawsuit filed by Noveryzki against Rea Wiradinata.

The court has determined that the PKPU Respondent (Rea Nurul Rizkia Wiradinata) is in a state of suspension of Temporary Debt Payment Obligations for 45 (fourty-five days) from the time the decision was read out, namely on Wednesday, November 25, 2023.

The celebgram several times applied for peace after the decision. However, Noverizky refused because the payment option from Rea was considered 'absurd'.

Rea refused to admit that she had a debt of IDR 2.5 billion to Noverizky even though she had lost the PKPU lawsuit. However, on the other hand, he submitted a peaceful proposal detailing the refund scheme to Arif and Noverizky.

"He's out of his mind, that's why his attitude became inconsistent and lied like that. But let it be, in the end, he himself was embarrassed to have lied to the public," said Noverizky.

Finally, Nove believes the law will give justice to the right party. Everything will be proven clearly, so that Rea will find it difficult to dodge.

"Rea must be responsible for all her legal acts to me and many other victims throughout Indonesia and abroad. If someone like him is left alone, it will be very dangerous. It could be that other victims will increase," concluded Nove.
