Understanding Plot Twist, Sweet Surprise A Story, Type, And Example

YOGYAKARTA If understood in terms of language, plot twist is a term in English which means surprise in the story, whether a film script, novel, or another fictional story. The term is used in a good story composed in text such as novels, cerpens, ballads, and so on, or compiled in non-textual forms such as film, theater, and so on.

This flow will show the position of the protagonist when getting surprising facts in the story. The submission itself uses persuasive techniques so that the audience will be more interested in the story and at the same time triggers many questions.

This technique is used by giving the impression that bloating has been manipulating the story and providing misleading information.

This technique is used by diverting the audience's attention with an event that is not very important but is able to outwit the audience. Until the end of this event, the audience's suspicions of the story will be wrong.

The ransom is ready. The victim's family and the police are just waiting. The authorities have formed a team to arrest the kidnappers so that the victim can return to his family again.

Kidnappers were seen entering the alley, where in one of the trash cans along the alley money had been provided as requested by them. He was seen wearing a hat and mask that made his face difficult to identify. However, the police who had disguised themselves and hid in the alley area immediately arrested the kidnappers. The reader who was threatened trying to escape from the police. Unfortunately the kidnappers were not caught.

Finally they tried to formulate a new strategy to hunt down the perpetrators. However, what the victim's family did not expect was that the money they had prepared in the trash can suddenly disappeared. Even though the kidnappers have not touched the ransom.
