Weki Meki Announces The Last Single Before Officially Disbanding

JAKARTA - K-pop group Weki Meki will end the group's journey this year after seven years. Fantagio's agency announced they would release their final single before disbandment.

A teaser poster features a digital single titled Coinci Destination with eight members seen in the hot sun.

Single Coinci Destination will release on June 12 at 18.00 South Korean time as the end of their journey.

In addition to this information, the agency has not revealed the plans for each member to be what it will be like.

Weki Meki is a girl group that contains a trainee from Fantagio. They consist of Kim Do Yeon, Choi Yoo Jung, Lua, Lucy, Elly, Sei, Suyeon, and Rina. The group debuted in 2017 after two of their members, Choi Yoo Jung and Kim Do Yeon completed their activities with IOI.

They released five mini albums and two single albums. During their seven years of career, Weki Meki received four awards, one of which was Rising Star from Brand of the Year.

They released various singles and mini albums until they last launched the mini album I Am Me in November 2021.

Last year, one of their members Elly attended Queendom Puzzle but was eliminated at the end of episode in 11th position.
