IZ * ONE Will Disband Next Month

JAKARTA - Today, March 10, Mnet officially announced that the K-pop group IZ * ONE will disband next April.

Through its official statement, Mnet stated that this decision was made after discussions between Mnet, Swing Entertainment, and Off The Record.

"Activities for project group IZ * ONE which debuted in 2018 with the album COLOR * IZ and growing as a girl group that represents Asia and is loved not only in Korea but the whole world will end in April as planned."

To conclude the promotion as a group, the virtual concert ONE, THE STORY will be held on March 13 and 14 for IZ * ONE fans.

"We will continue to support them as artists so that the fantasy stories that are created together continue. Please look forward to and support the new side they will show. "

IZ * ONE is a project group from the Produce 48 program in 2018. Consisting of 12 members, this group debuted with the song La Vie en Rose and set a number of records such as the first win and biggest album sales on the first day of debut.

Besides Korea, IZ * ONE is also expanding to Japan by releasing Japanese-language albums considering that some of its members are members of AKB48. They also star in various product advertisements.

IZ * ONE only had a career for two and a half years.
