2 Years Of Menduda, Anwar Fuady Is Ready To Get Married Again At The Age Of 77

JAKARTA - Anwar Fuady chose to remarry at the age of 77. Two years after his wife died, he got engaged to Wiwiet Tatung.

Wiwiet Tatung is the daughter of Kol Inf (ret) Syamsul Bachri Umar. The decision of the soap opera star remarried because he still needed a companion in his old age.

"I have an old name, someone needs to accompany me and this is a life partner. So, hopefully we will continue together until we die," said Anwar Fuady as quoted by Intens Investigasi.

The two of them have known each other since childhood, but they just decided to have a relationship in their old age. They are both from Palembang.

"I've known him for a long time since he was a child. He used to be crazy about me from a young age. I was really cool when I was young," said Fuady.

Anwar Fuady feels Wiwiet Tatung is a smart woman and can complete herself.

"First of all, I am smart. Yes, I chose a partner who complements me, this is sad, beautiful and insight. This is Palembang's first woman who went to London at that time," explained Anwar Fuady.

"The wife also got it, I was funny and cheerful. It turned out that she was even funnyer," he added.

The two started close about 1.5 years ago so they decided to get engaged. They also plan to get married in the middle of this year.

"The process of introduction to the family is 1.5 years. God willing, in May or July we will get married," said Anwar Fuady.
