CSB Is Still Required To Return Jessica Iskandar's Luxury Car Despite 2.5 Years In Prison

JAKARTA - The fraudster who dragged the couple Jessica Iskandar and Vincent Verhaag, Christopher Stefanus Budianto alias CSB, has been sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison by a panel of judges at the South Jakarta District Court.

This decision was handed down to CSB after previously the Public Prosecutor (JPU) sentenced CSB to 3 years in prison.

"The defendant was sentenced to a prison sentence of 2 years and 6 months minus the period of detention that had been served with an order that the Defendant remains detained," said the Panel of Judges at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, April 22.

In addition to determining the prison sentence, the judge also required CSB to return two pieces of evidence used during the trial.

The evidence is a Car Rental Agreement between Jessica Iskandar and CSB and a luxury car in the form of Alphard to Jessica Iskandar.

"Determining evidence in the form of; 1 (one) bundle of Car Rental Agreement between Sister Yesisca Iskandar (as First Party),"

"And PT Pesona Triip Indonesia (as the Second Party) over 1 (one) car unit with specifications for the Toyota brand car unit, Type Alphard 2.5 G AT, with Police Number B 73 DAR, Number Rangka JTNGF3DH3J802056, Engine Number 2ARJ215980 dated February 27, 2021. Returned to Witness Yesisca Iskandar," concluded the Panel of Judges.
