JAKARTA - Anies Baswedan expressed his condolences for the passing of the presenter and radio announcer Hilbram Dunar who died today, Sunday, March 31.

Anies' introduction to Hilbram has not been long. However, the impression of the deceased was so imprinted on Anies. In the midst of the stage four colon cancer suffered, Hilbram still had time to actively assist Anies' campaign in this year's presidential election.

"Hilbram is a person who really cares about the community and is always actively involved. I know, even though it's not long, but in some intensive activities in recent months," said Anies Baswedan while visiting the funeral home in Bintaro, South Tangerang.

"And the last meeting was at our house. At that time he gathered figures to help with campaign activities. At that time it felt sick, but I didn't know if there was cancer. Returning from there was checked, it turned out that there was cancer," he continued.

Anies prayed that all the kindness that Hilbram Dunar had done during his life would be a provision for the deceased when facing the Creator.

"We pray for this good person, God willing, khusnul khotimah, and it will be multiplied by all his reward of kindness and his degree is elevated by Allah. We are sure that his charity will flow non-stop for the deceased," said Anies Baswedan.

For information, Hilbram Dunar found out that he had stage four deadbody cancer after doctors diagnosed him in October last year.

The father of two children had undergone several chemotherapys, until finally he breathed his last at the hospital on Sunday, March 31 at around 3.00 WIB.
