Divorced, Sam Asghari Denies Arguing With Britney Spears

JAKARTA - Sam Asghari opened his voice about his divorce from Britney Spears. Different from the rumors circulating, Asghari feels grateful that he once had the diva in his life.

Sam Asghari and Britney Spears started dating in 2017 and got married in June 2022. However, they shocked the public when they decided to divorce in August 2023.

"Be grateful to be able to share life with someone for a long time. And people are separated and move on," said Sam Asghari, launching People.

Although Asghari was the party who filed for divorce, he admitted that he had no frustration or grudge against his ex-wife. This is different from the rumors that the two separated badly.

I always hate people who leave relationships and at some point they tell each other they love each other and they sit at the table and eat together. I never understood when a couple separated and they talked bad things about each other," he continued.

"It's something I wouldn't do because I'm living an amazing life, and (the marriage) will always be a part of my life," the model said.

Sam Asghari revealed his plan to move on before the age of 30. He will enjoy his new life and career.

"I thought people aged 30 years were very old, but everyone I met said, the older they were, the more they enjoyed life because age came together with experience and wisdom," said Sam Asghari.

"And I think life experience is very beautiful, so that's something I look forward to," he said.

Previously, Britney Spears was rumored to be making a new memoir containing the reasons for her divorce from Sam Asghari. However, Spears denied this news through his social media, where he said the reason for their separation was not everyone's business.
