Lawyer Explains WHY YA Looked Right And Left At The TKP Dante's Death

JAKARTA - Yudha Arfandi alias YA underwent a reconstruction activity organized by the Polda Metro Jaya today, Wednesday, February 28 at the Tirtamas Swimming Pool, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.

During this activity, Yudha Arfandi was accompanied by his attorneys, Daliun and Elfriandi. After completing the reconstruction activity, Elfriandi explained that one of the suspicious movements carried out by YA while in the swimming pool.

One of these movements was that YA was caught on camera several times looking to the right and left when he invited Dante to swim. Elfriandi explained that this was done by YA because he heard the swimming coach's screams in another pool.

"So according to the suspect's confession in the investigation that when he looked to the left he heard screams from the coach," said Elfriandi at the Tirtamas Swimming Pool, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, Wednesday, February 28.

YA told Elfriandi that he was interested in seeing swimming training activities near him. He also denied that his client did this to see CCTV or the situation.

"There are also swimming training activities around there, he is interested in seeing these activities," he explained again.

This itself has been written in the investigator's statement that YA did not look at CCTV but saw other activities in the swimming pool.

"In the investigator's statement, it was not seen that there was one other activity in the swimming pool that was loud," he concluded.
