It's Broken, Sabdayagra Ahessa Sued By Wulan Guritno At The South Jakarta District Court

JAKARTA - Sri Wulandari or familiarly called Wulan Guritno, who previously had a relationship with Sabdayagra Ahessa, decided to file a civil lawsuit against her ex-lover.

This civil lawsuit relates to the bailout fund previously given by Wulan Guritno for the purposes of renovating the 28-year-old basketball player's house located in Pejaten Barat, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta.

This can be seen in the Case Investigation Information System (SIPP) of the South Jakarta District Court on Monday, February 26.

The Wulan Guritno case in the SIPP South Jakarta District Court was recorded with case number 5 / Pdt.GS / 2024 / PN JKT.SEL with the defendant Sabdayagra Ahessa.

In the lawsuit against the law (PMH) filed by Wulan Guritno against Sabdayagra Ahessa, there were a number of demands, including asking the Panel of Judges of the South Jakarta District Court to accept and grant PMH Wulan Guritno's claim in its entirety and stating that the Defendant must return the bailout funds related to the renovation of the house located on Jalan Kemang Timur IAPCO Number 16, West Pejaten, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta.

The lawsuit filed by Wulan Guritno against Sabdayagra Ahessa was confirmed by the Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court (PN), Djuyamto.

Djumyanto revealed the lawsuit filed in the form of PMH with case number 5 / Pdt.GS / 2024 / PN JKT.SEL.

"It is true that it is registered with case number 5 / Pdt.G.S / 2024 / PN JKT.SEL," said Djuyamto when contacted on Monday, February 26.

According to Article 1365 of the Civil Code (KUH Civil), unlawful acts are defined as actions that harm others and require the perpetrators responsible for the loss to replace them.
