Young Awet Tips In The Style Of Lola Amaria, Thinking Positively And Sleeping Enough

JAKARTA - Artist and director Lola Amaria still looks beautiful even though she is 46 years old. In an interview with the VOI team, Lola revealed her long-lasting secret so far.

Lola said that if there are many youthful tips that she does, such as eating healthy, getting enough sleep, not being jealous of other people and having to accept ourselves as we are.

"Eating healthy, getting enough sleep, drinking a lot, thinking positively, don't be jealous of other people, accept what it is, continue to learn a lot again," explained Lola Amaria at the VOI office, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, Thursday, February 1.

"If you choose a healthy food, don't make it oily and then don't preservative, keep sugar," he explained.

Lola Amaria herself has been living a healthy lifestyle since 5 years ago. Where sleep is one of the important points to keep the skin good at 46 years old.

"Yes, very, very (implementing a healthy lifestyle). So I have been reducing sugar since 5 years ago, and oils," he said.

"Keep trying to sleep it's not past 12 at night, you also have to drink a lot, vitamins, and I don't want to stay up late, because if you shoot late, now I don't want the time to shoot until the morning, basically at 12 it must be finished," said Lola Amaria.

Now Lola has started to feel the positive effects of these things. He admitted that he felt more healthy body where he also felt that his skin was better because he was running the healthy lifestyle.

"I'm more fit, fresher I also continue to feel the skin is healthier, then I'm not dull, then I think it's also better," added Lola.

"For example, if we don't sleep well, then we don't get enough vitamins, continue to be malnourished, lack of water, it's the effect everywhere, dull skin, that's all, the hair is broken and it's just coarsening, right, I want to think about anything, it's like being lazy," he concluded.
