Lasting For 3 Hours, Mediation Catherine Wilson And Idham Masse Declared Failed

JAKARTA - The couple Catherine Wilson and Idham Masse again underwent divorce hearings with mediation agendas at the Depok Religious Court on Wednesday, January 24. This time, Idham and Catherine were both present after previously missing the trial.

After undergoing mediation for approximately 3 hours, Idham Masse, who was accompanied by his attorney, Ilham Rasyid, said that the result was a failure.

"The mediation has been carried out, Pak Haji and Mrs. Catherine Wilson have agreed to separate and the mediation failed, later we will go to the main case," said Ilham Rasyid at the Depok Religious Court, Wednesday, January 24.

"The point is that both agree that this separation will be the best of each party," continued Ilham.

On the other hand, Idham tried to add that one of the mediation factors was declared a failure because Catherine Wilson's demands were considered too heavy. So he said that he could not accept the demands of his wife.

"Yes, what is burdensome is that mediation failed because I have not been able to accept his request," said Idham Masse.

Seeing this, Idham Masse decided to reconsider Catherine Wilson's request to reach a fair agreement for the two of them.

"So there is a request requested by Mrs. crypto which of course we have to think about first, how good it is," said Ilham.

"If it doesn't happen, we will not agree with it, of course there are reasons. The reason is that there are rights and obligations from each party. That's the point," he concluded.
