Heartbreak Film Ready To Undergo Filming Process Early January 2024

JAKARTA - The production house Visinema will work on a film adapted from a novel by writer Ika Natassa entitled Heartbreak totaling. In a Project Announcement and Cast Reveal event, Angga Dwimas Sasongko as the director of this film said that he had wanted to make fun of this novel since 13 years ago.

"I'm really happy because I can announce the next project after 13 Bombs in Jakarta, namely the adaptation of the novel that I actually want to film from 13 years ago. I always say that I want to have a new and dive from the film itself, after weighing it, we agreed that after 13 Bombs in Jakarta that will be presented from me personally, Heartbreakbak," said Angga Dwimas Sasongko in the Cilandak area, South Jakarta, Wednesday, December 6.

The author of the novel Heartbreak totals Ika Natassa explaining that when she is this novel is written with a different approach to storytelling. This is what makes him need a visionary director when he wants to film the novel.

"Honestly, when I wrote the novel, I wrote Heartbreaking is a different work from the approach, characters, to story telling, which is different. When I want to be filmed, I want to be held by a visionary director," said Ika Natassa.

In this film, Angga specifically collaborates with the names of well-known Indonesian actors and actresses, namely, Reza Rahadian, Laura Basuki and Chicco Jeriko.

"From me there is no reason not to accept this offer, when I was called Angga, 'play yes in my work', I know this is Ms. He's work, I'm also amazed by Reza and Laura so I'm happy to be able to frame with them too," said Chicco.

The plan is for the shooting of the Heartbreaking film to begin in early January 2024.
