Bae Suzy And Yang Se Jong Are Looking For A New Jati Trailer For The Doona Series!

JAKARTA - Netflix has released a new trailer for the Doona! series which will be released this month. The series stars Bae Suzy and is the latest project for Yang Se Jong after completing his military service in 2021.

This trailer clarifies the conflict the two will face. Bae Suzy plays Doona, a successful former K-pop idol but chooses to live a normal life and settle in a boarding house near a college student.

Then, there is Lee Won Jun, played by Yang Se Jong, a student who will live alone for the first time. He was surprised by the charm of a Doona but Doona always warned Won Jun not to fall in love with him.

The love story as well as the search for identity between Doona and Lee Won Jun will be found in this webtoon series. Doona! directed by Lee Jung Hyo, who worked on Crash Landing on You.

Webtoons are realistically describing awkwardness in a romantic relationship. I want Doona! to be a series that can make viewers reminisce about their awkward times in their 20s," said Lee Jung Hyo.

Suzy also explained Doona's character as an outspoken girl but behind that trait, she is a fragile woman.

"Obviously, she is an honest and outspoken girl but also has various wounds. Even though she looks like a cat with sharp claw, in fact she is like a 'dog-cat' who likes humans," said Suzy in a release received by VOI.

In addition to the second story, the mystery of Doona's retirement from the world of K-pop and Lee Won Jun's life will be present in this series.

Meanwhile, all episodes of the Doona! series will be available on Netflix starting October 20.
