Prosecutors Don't Appeal, Ammar Zoni Is Expected To Be Free Next Week

Happy news came from actor Ammar Zoni who is rumored to be soon released from prison. This was conveyed by his attorney, Emile Oemar, who had just taken a decision at the South Jakarta District Court.

Emile said that the court results of Irish Bella's wife had been declared inkrah on October 2 and there was no appeal from the prosecutor's office. The plan is the exact date when Ammar will be released today, October 3.

"For the exact date, we don't know yet, earlier I just took an excerpt from the verdict, regarding yesterday's trial decision which was decided on 26," said Emile Oemar at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, October 3.

"The inkrah should have fallen as of yesterday's date, today it has been signed, there is no appeal from the prosecutor's office, from here I will bring the basis of the decision to the prosecutor's office, what information will be, what will the information be, the calculation of the date if Ammar leaves detention, maybe later it will follow later this afternoon," he continued.

Even so, Emile estimates that his client will be released next week. Ammar's freedom is pure freedom without any conditions.

"The certainty is I don't know, if I don't miss next week, of course," he continued.

"Precisely free. From yesterday's verdict, it was purely free, so as of what date the release date will be, it has been broken without any conditions, it is purely free," he said.
