Olla Ramlan Nostalgia For Childhood Beauty When Filming A Thousand River Window

JAKARTA - Olla Ramlan played in the latest film entitled Jendela Seribu Sungai. The 43-year-old actress plays Uma Arian, who is the mother of one of the main characters played by Bima Sena.

Although his appearance in Jendela Seribu Sungai is relatively not much, Olla is happy to be able to get a role that appears in quite crucial scenes in films. He admitted that he had difficulty because he had not acted for a long time.

"Even though I wasn't there much, but there were quite tough scenes. Yes, because I haven't filmed for a long time, but I really enjoy everything," said Olla Ramlan when met at Plaza Senayan, Central Jakarta on Monday, July 17.

Olla is even more proud because filming Jendela Seribu Sungai was carried out in her hometown in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. He felt reminiscent about his childhood when he starred in this film.

"Incidentally, because I was born in Banjarmasin, the big thing was in Banjarmasin, there it could be seen that his houses were under the river, I used to have a house like that," said Olla.

The actress also mentioned her childhood while living in Banjarmasin as a beautiful memory of her life.

Similar to the story in the film that tells the story of the struggle of three children in achieving their dreams, Olla sees her past in Banjarmasin similar to what is shown in the film.

"Justru aku yang sekarang itu kan karena proses kehidupan. Dari kecilnya seperti apa, itulah kita menghargai kehidupan dan kesuksesan kita sekarang. Mencapai kesuksesan itu bukan mudah, lah seperti film ini. Kita punya kemihan, kita harus percaya," tanda Olla Ramlan.

Apart from Olla Ramlan and Bima Sena, the film Jendela Seribu Sungai also stars Agla Artalidia (Bu Guru Sheila), Sheryl Drisana (Bunga), Halisa Naura (Kejora), M Dicky Syafii (Ganang), Mathias Muchus (Awat), Ariyo Wahab (Abah Arian), Ibrahim 'Baim' Imran (Damang Isman), Ajil Ditto (Adultian Adult), Bopak Castello (Daim) and Elma Istiana (Mama Bunga).

The Thousand Sungai Window will be present in cinemas throughout Indonesia simultaneously on July 20.
