JAKARTA - The follow-up trial for Inara Rusli's divorce from Virgoun was held again at the West Jakarta Religious Court (PA) on Wednesday, July 12. The trial took place with the agenda of reading the duplicate from the defendant.
Wijayono Hadisukrisno alias Kris, Virgoun's attorney, said that his party had submitted a duplicate before the panel of judges, and had been accepted by Inara Rusli's attorney.
"So, this time the agenda is duplicated, which is a response to the replica filed by the plaintiff. Earlier the duplicate had been submitted to the panel of judges, and the plaintiff had also received it," Kris said after the trial.
Virgoun's attorney said there was no difference between the duplication and the defendant's last answer, considering that the replica filed by Inara Rusli was similar to the initial lawsuit submitted.
Kris stated that none of the points were agreed upon in this trial. Thus, each party is still in its original position.
"There is no (a agreed point). So, yesterday what was proposed was exactly the same. So when they said it was like 'a deliberation', only when we read it wasn't there," said Kris.
"The points are almost the same as the lawsuit, so we respond exactly the same," he continued.
Meanwhile, a follow-up hearing with the evidentiary agenda will be held next week, Tuesday, July 18. Inara Rusli is scheduled to submit evidence and witnesses.

Kris stated that his party had prepared evidence and witnesses, but he was reluctant to reveal what evidence and who the witnesses would be. He wanted to first see the evidence and witnesses presented by Inara Rusli.
"We are waiting, it is still a long time. So, after the plaintiff has finished making the proof (written, factual and expert witnesses), they will finish it first, then us," said Wijayono Hadisukrisno, Virgoun's attorney.
"If we are ready, but the judge decides for the plaintiff first," he concluded.
