JAKARTA - Disney released a new trailer and poster for the film Raya and the Last Dragon on Tuesday, January 26.
This two-minute trailer features the character Raya (filled by Kelly-Marie Tran) in-depth as she struggles to find the last dragon before the world is torn apart.
Accompanied by an armadillo named TukTuk, Raya travels by joining forces with soldiers and con artists to find the last dragon. Unexpectedly, that dragon was incompatible with the Shadow Kingdom.
Besides Kelly-Marie Tran, Raya and the Last Dragon will be starred by Awkwafina, Sandra Oh, and Gemma Chan. Don Hall and Carlos López Estrada are the directors of this film.
Disney also announced that Raya and the Last Dragon have the same release strategy as Mulan. Disney will screen the film in theaters and release it on Disney+ on the same day.
Disney+ subscribers must pay the Premier Access price to pay for the movie fees on March 5. Raya and the Last Dragon also aired in Indonesian theaters in the same month.
