Responding To Fraud Cases With QRIS Mosque Charity, Aming: There Is No Morality

JAKARTA - Aming also responded to the case of replacing the QR Indonesian Standard (QRIS) barcode in charity boxes in several mosques that went viral on social media.

The actor from Bandung admitted that he knew about the incident via Instagram. He also condemned what the perpetrators had done, which according to him no longer had morals.

"When I saw the video, wow, it was really'sat', it meant like 'oh yes'. But yes, no wonder, today people don't have any morals. Yes, hopefully they will be reprimanded directly, on the spot they will be reprimanded," said Aming at Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta on Tuesday, April 11.

The 42-year-old actor firmly stated that the perpetrator who replaced the mosque's charity QRIS was not afraid of sin. He also tried to remind that every act has a reward in the future.

"I can't say that hopefully the door of his heart will be opened so that he realizes, ah, people like it's getting here and there, the more faith, the thinner he is, he doesn't remember his sins anymore," said Aming.

"I believe whatever we do there is a reply, karma is the term," he continued.

Although he sees that the QRIS system has been misused, Aming does not simply agree that mosque charity must return to using charity boxes. He sees that in this sophisticated era, technology should be used to make it easier for those who want to do charity. However, there must be a more security system so that it is not misused again.

"Maybe the conventional way is still done, but like it or not, the name of the era is dynamic and changing, we have to keep it up to date, right. Well, maybe the security management will consider more, yes, security," said Aming.
