Arswendy Bening Swara's Real Experience Not Concentrating On Prayers Due To Khanzab Disruption

JAKARTA - Arswendy Bening Swara is one of the players in the film Khanzab which will be shown starting April 20 in cinemas throughout Indonesia. Before starring in the film Khanzab, apparently, Arswendy had experienced Khanzab's disturbances so that he forgot the prayer cycle.

"I already know that there is a genie whose job is to interfere with the solemnity of the prayer. I once forgot the rak'ah, my mind wandered, and forgot to read. So when I get this offering I was immediately interested," said Arswendy when contacted on Tuesday, April 4.

Acting as Uncle Sentot, he meets Tika Bravani and Yasamin Jassem. "As an Uncle who wants to keep the safety of his nephew and grandchildren. Rahayu was disturbed by the khanzab because her mind was not calm after her father was beheaded because he was thought to be a witch doctor," he said.

Ahead of the broadcast, Arswendy admitted that he was curious about the visuals shown by Director Anggy Umbara. "So far it's not visible but the impact is real. I'm curious how Anggy will visually display the khanzab," he explained.

Anggy Umbara himself admitted that he wanted to surprise the audience. He not only brings terror but also a sense of closeness to the audience.

"What we want to present here is entertainment that is both gripping and frightening, but still photographing a number of close social and personal issues that are also important to raise," Anggy Umbara.

Khanzab's appearance in the trailer for this film is also different from the ghosts that usually appear in Indonesian horror films. In the trailer, there are many sightings that raise curiosity.

"Of course, there are many other better scenes in the film, and because of that, we dare to spoil the audience with good scenes in the trailer. This is like a window for the film Khanzab," said Dheeraj Kalwani.
