Mariposa Reunites Angga Yunanda And Adhisty Zara

JAKARTA - It has not been a year since the screening of the film Dua Garis Biru, now the audience will be presented with the Angga Yunanda-Adhisty Zara duet in the film Mariposa. Judging from the trailer released on Monday, the film by Falcon Pictures and Starvision seems to be in a romantic genre.

Mariposa tells of Natasha Kay Loovy (Adhisty Zara) or Acha who likes Iqbal Guanna Freedy (Angga Yunanda). Acha wants to win Iqbal's heart, a handsome, smart, but cold-hearted boy. As long as the trailer runs for 2 minutes, Acha is seen always following Iqbal.

Acha always approached Iqbal every time he got a chance even though he was always rejected repeatedly because Iqbal wanted to focus on his studies. Acha was often warned by his friend Amanda to stop chasing Iqbal but Acha kept trying.

"I am water, you are oil. It will never be united, ”said Iqbal to Acha indicating rejection.

Seeing this trailer, it seems that the relationship between Angga and Zara will be the opposite of their role in the film Two Blue Lines. Apart from the different production houses, Mariposa's story was adapted from Luluk HF's book Wattpad, which sold more than 17 thousand copies.

Mariposa is Adhisty Zara's second film project after graduating from the JKT48 group on December 4, 2019. Besides Mariposa, Zara is also preparing promotions for the movie Milea: Suara Dari Dilan which will be released in the near future. As for Angga Yunanda, this is his first project in 2020 after starring in 5 films last year.

For Angga-Zara fans, the Mariposa film will air starting March 12, 2020 on Indonesian cinema networks.
