Accused Of Invite Sarah To Do Sexual Deviations, Attorney Rizal Djibran: Prohibited From Opening Aeb

JAKARTA - After Sarah reported the alleged acts of Domestic Violence (KDRT) and Rizal Djibran filed for divorce, the relationship between husband and wife became increasingly heated. The two of them are often seen attacking each other in public.

Sarah, the wife in her confession said that one of the acts of domestic violence that she experienced was sexual deviation by Rizal. Because he deviates (sexually), not in accordance with Islam," said Sarah to the media crew in Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta on Monday, February 20, 2023 morning.

Trisharianto, Sarah's attorney, also confirmed her client's confession. He said that various evidences related to the alleged domestic violence had been submitted to the police as evidence. Some of the evidences include documentation of photos of bruises on her hands and feet, as well as medical certificates from the hospital which explained that there had been allegations of sexual violence on Sarah's body which was considered sensitive.

In response to this statement, Rizal Djibran's legal team, Mila Ayu Dewata Sari and Fourista Handayanto held press conferences to respond to various attacks aimed at their clients.

Mila said that Sarah was not wise in revealing the problems in her household. The lawyer himself did not answer firmly regarding his client who was said to have committed sexual deviation.

"For those sexual deviations, I can't say that what's wrong with it. Let this be the realm of law that proves sexual deviation. This is related to household problems, yes, it's not wise for me to convey what kind of incident actually happened," Mila told the media crew at B7 Production, South Jakarta on Monday, February 20, 2023 afternoon.

Furthermore, Mila assessed that religiously she was prohibited from opening up the so-called disgrace of her client. "It is the realm of household and private, even religiously I am not allowed to expose other people's disgrace, especially since this is someone else's household. Because the household itself is not allowed to be opened in public. So let it be later Mas Rizal and Mba Sarah who conveyed it directly and that too must be in front of investigators," he concluded.
