Park Min Young Becomes A Witness In Ex-girlfriend Fraud Cases

JAKARTA - Park Min Young is reportedly a witness in several cases allegedly committed by his ex-girlfriend, businessman Kang. The actress reportedly could not travel abroad during the investigation process.

Today, Wednesday, February 15th, Hook Entertainment's agency released a clarification regarding the reports circulating. They confirmed that Park Min Young was following the investigation process regarding the case but was not involved in anything.

"We want to straighten out the news that actress Park Min Young was summoned for the investigation and a ban on departures as circulated on February 14, That's Hook Entertainment's statement.

Park Min Young respectfully fulfilled the call for an investigation as a witness, and we confirm that he is not prohibited from leaving the country," he continued.

"We apologize for delivering bad news in the midst of a difficult situation and we apologize for delaying our response to this issue," concluded the agency.

Park Min Young shocked the public after it was revealed that he was in a relationship with a wealthy businessman named Kang. Then Dispatch made a report that businessman Kang was suspected of committing fraud related to his status and wealth.

Then Hook Entertainment stated that Park Min Young had ended his relationship with businessman Kang. He also did not receive money and Min Young's brother proposed to resign from his position as director of INBIOGEN, one of the businesses claimed to belong to businessman Kang.

On the other hand, Park Min Young is considering an offer for the drama Marriage My Husband. Besides Min Young, actor Lee Yi Kyung is rumored to be the male lead.

The drama production will begin in the first half of 2023 but the broadcast date of this drama is not yet known.
