"Initially our client never thought about it again, but because of Tamara who made a report at the West Java Regional Police in December 2021, our client was suspected of embezzling Article 372 of the Criminal Code at the Bukit Indah Hotel Puncak," said Susanti.
The Ryszard attorney himself questioned Tamara's report to the police. According to her, the hotel in question is still there today. Not only that, the share ownership still changes.
"In fact, Tamara never cared about the hotel, how to finance hotel employees," he said.
