Dear Rezky Aditya, Wenny Ariani Is Still Waiting For A DNA Test

JAKARTA - Wenny Ariani's party denied the latest news that Rezky Aditya was not the biological father of Wenny's child, Kekey. Not only Wenny, his lawyer Ferry Aswan also raised his voice about this.

He explained that this case has not been closed because this case is still being processed in the District Court.

"This case is in the District Court (PN) not the Religious Court (PA) because if we are concerned with PA, it means there is a marriage, this is not," said Ferry Aswan quoting KH.

After being rejected by the District Court, they appealed to the Banten High Court and were accepted. PT Banten stated that this decision would be overturned if the defendant could prove otherwise through a DNA test.

"But from their last statement at the conference, they were willing to do a DNA test. But to this day no one has informed our side," explained Ferry Aswan.

Last May, Rezky Aditya said he was ready to do a DNA test if it was necessary. However, Wenny replied that there had been no communication as stated by Rezky Aditya.

"I also watched the (video). What is clear is that Rezky's attorney said he would contact our side. But until now no one has contacted him," said Ferry Aswan.

Ferry also revealed that Rezky Aditya had contacted Wenny's relatives about DNA tests. However, Wenny wanted Rezky Aditya to communicate with Wenny directly.

“They have contacts, I have communicated when the trial was present. Can you contact me, "said Ferry.

"Indeed, yesterday Wenny told me that one of his friends had been contacted by Rezky's attorney and asked when to do a DNA test," explained Ferry.

Ferry Aswan advised Rezky Aditya to coordinate with himself or Wenny directly, not through intermediaries.
