JAKARTA - Venna Melinda and Ferry Irawan officially became husband and wife on Monday, March 7th. The wedding which took place in Bali was held simply and attended by their closest family and friends.

"I married my son, Venna Melinda, with a dowry of a set of prayer tools and a set of diamond and blue sapphire jewelry of 80 grams paid in cash," said Jimmy Rekartono, Venna Melinda's father.

"I accept that Venna Melinda's marriage with the dowry was paid in cash," said Ferry Irawan.

Venna and Ferry were seen wearing Balinese clothing and fabrics with a predominance of gray. Shortly after the consent was pronounced, Venna Melina was moved to tears.

Venna Melinda's two children, Verrell Bramasta and Athalla Naufal also attended the mother's wedding. They wrote a message for the mother to continue to be happy with life with Ferry Irawan.

“Congratulations mama and uncle ferry, I hope you are always happy. Our prayers are always with you in every step you take. Love you more than I can say ma," wrote Verrell Bramasta.

"Alhamdullilah, may it last until death do us part... congratulations on starting a new chapter for mama venna and papi ferry," wrote Athalla Naufal.

Venna Melinda and Ferry Irawan plan to honeymoon in Bali and continue with a thanksgiving event in Jakarta on March 15.
