Controversial, Jerinx's 5 Comments Lead To Conflict

JAKARTA - Jerinx SID is currently still in detention in the case of threats through electronic media to social activist Adam Deni. The trial series has not yet been completed and will continue on Monday (7/2) for the agenda of hearing the testimony of expert witnesses by the Public Prosecutor at the Central Jakarta District Court.

Apparently, this is not the first time that Jerinx's comments in electronic media have turned into conflicts. Previously, he often tried to express his thoughts, but the result turned out to be a feud from fellow musicians to celebrities.

1. Artist Kuman's comments Jerinx's uploads via Instagram made him argue with several artists such as Anang, Ashanty, Ahmad Dhani, and also Nikita Mirzani. The SID drummer commented by using the initials of the artist's name which was considered a germ. NM, who is considered to be Nikita Mirzani, has an impact on mutual satire through social media.

2. Insinuating Via VallenBack through his Instagram account, Jerinx criticized Via for not being allowed to use his song entitled Sunset in the Land of Anarchy. Unfortunately, Jerinx's comments are considered very scathing because they think Via is no different from a prostitute. Although it was heated, they both chose to calm the atmosphere.

3. Endorse COVID-19 This time, Jerinx had an argument with a fellow rock music player, Stevi Item. This started when Stevi, who is Iko Uwais' brother-in-law, reported that Audy's husband had the COVID-19 virus and challenged who would say endorsed. Jerinx also welcomed and challenged back because many had experienced similar things without having to upload photos but still managed to recover. There had been quite a harsh retaliation, but Pafa finally subsided without having to go into legal action.

4. IDI is considered a lackey. For one case, it happened recently. In the midst of the rampant pandemic, Jerinx actually made unusual comments and thought that the Indonesian Doctors Association was a lackey. As a result of his opinion, he ended up having to go to prison for 10 months at the Class II-A Kerobokan Penitentiary.

5. Threatening Social Activists Not even 2 months since Jerinx was free from the case of the WHO Kacung IDI, he returned to acting via electronic media for threatening social activist Adam Deni. As a result, Nora's husband was arrested again and is still in the trial process. Jerinx is suspected of violating Article 27 paragraph 4 juncto, Article 45 paragraph 4 or Article 29 juncto 45B of Law Number 19 of 2016 with a penalty of 6 years in prison.
