Husband And Wife Must Know, Study Finds 4 Penetration Techniques To Achieve Enjoyment Of Love

JAKARTA – Making love for husband and wife is an intimacy that needs to be kept 'warm'. Warmth in the sense of getting satisfaction and pleasure for each pair. A study reported by Men's Health, found penetration techniques in order to get satisfaction to the peak of a pleasant orgasm.

Researchers from Indiana University School of Medicine and OMGYES have conducted a large-scale national study focused on vaginal penetration techniques. This study analyzed the experiences of 3,017 American women with an age range of 18-23 years. The findings of the study, published in the journal PLOS ONE, include penetration techniques to increase pleasure, especially for wives during sex.

1. Angling

Nearly 88 percent of study participants reported reaching orgasm during penetration with the angled technique. This technique is performed by turning, raising, lowering the pelvis or hips during penetration so that the penis rubs against the vulva.

More specifically, 84 percent of women reported that tilting the hips up increased pleasure. Meanwhile, 68 percent said that tilting the hip down is preferable.

2. Rocking

The technique from the research above found that stimulation of the clitoris has a large effect on the body's biological sensations. In addition to doing the above techniques, married couples need to 'warm up' so that penetration is not painful or the vagina naturally releases lubricant.
