After being evaluated, he said, the National Examination would no longer determine graduation, but then there would be a National Standard School Exam.

"The graduation is not determined from the national exam, but is determined from the school exam. Because, according to the law, the authority to determine whether graduates do not pass is an educational unit," he said.

On that occasion, he also emphasized that the one who was the organizer of the exam was an accredited education unit, so that those who were not accredited could not be the organizers.

He said there was a computer-based national assessment (AN), in a sampling format and did not determine graduation.

Abdul Mu'ti said that many considered AN inadequate, considering its nature in the form of sampling, for example the National Selection Team for Higher Education who needed individual learning results.
