JAKARTA - Young singer Hanin Dhiya released her latest single on Friday, December 3. This time, she teamed up with Ahmad Dhani for a new version of the song Roman Picisan.

Hanin Dhiya and Ahmad Dhani's version of the Roman Picisan comes with an orchestra concept. Both Hanin and Dhani show their vocal quality through this song.

Hanin also said that their version of Roman Picisan really represented her from the notation, arrangement, to the meaning of the song which was dark but beautiful.

"Every time I listen to this song, it feels like I'm being taken to a crowded room. I sing, I dance without other people caring," said Hanin Dhiya.

"Express the hope and sadness that I feel but packaged in a beautiful melody," she continued.

Ahmad Dhani as the owner of the song explained that this song came beyond his expectations. "The exciting experience for me and Hanin during the recording process for this song was that we didn't meet. But the results were extraordinary," said Ahmad Dhani.

Hanin felt it was an honor to sing Ahmad Dhani's song. Hopefully, with her version of the song, people can accept Roman Picisan well.

Their collaboration is also manifested in YouTube content created by Ahmad Dhani. Through their YouTube channel, Dhani and Hanin share their musical experiences in their respective eras.
