Guardian Gala Sky's Request Is Revoked, Faisal's Father And Aunt Will File A Lawsuit

JAKARTA - The trial of the guardian's application for the Gala Sky Ardiansyah was held on Tuesday, November 30. The two applicants, Faisal, the father of Aunt Ardiansyah, and Doddy Sudrajat, the father of Vanessa Angel, were present.

Doddy also stated that he did not agree and withdrew his application for the rights of the guardian of Gala Sky Ardiansyah. Due to not finding a bright spot, this process cannot be continued.

“Because Pak Doddy did not agree, he withdrew the request and finally Pak Haji (Faisal) also withdrew. So the current form of the case is a lawsuit, not an application," said Sandy Arifin as Faisal's legal team, launching Paragram.

In the near future, Faisal's side will file a new lawsuit against Doddy Sudrajat regarding the custody of Gala Sky.

"I'm afraid that there will be a miss-understanding. He (Faisal) did not give in, so in the trial, Mr. Doddy revoked the guardianship issue, which was from the beginning when we gave the statement at that time, "explained Sandy.

An application can be called if there are two people who filed it, but because one of the parties has withdrawn then they will file a lawsuit.

“There were two people who submitted the application, but today he withdrew it. Therefore, Pak Haji is also willing to withdraw it all, so later we will file a lawsuit again without involving Pak Doddy," he said again.

"Our application for determination will not be approved by Mr. Doddy, that's why we want to sue again. The court doesn't want to accept, because he (Doddy Sudrajat) doesn't want to acced, doesn't approve of our application, because he doesn't agree. Yes, of course we sue, why don't we agree," said Faisal.

"We will contact for deliberation before the lawsuit whether there will be a meeting point but we are following orders from the panel of judges. If we try but there is no agreement, we file a lawsuit,” said Sandy.
