Therefore, everyone needs to maintain their body condition and be aware of diseases that can interfere with sexual activity. One type of disease that can have a major effect on sexual activity is disease that occurs due to a bad lifestyle, as follows.

3. Obesity

Obesity is a disease due to the next bad lifestyle that affects sexual activity. The accumulation of excess fat can lead to poor attempts during sex.

In fat men, low testosterone causes erectile dysfunction, reduced desire, and bad orgasm. Obesity causes hormonal disorders in women, which reduces desire and increases discomfort during sexual intercourse.
