JAKARTA Holywings Peduli again presents healthy sports activities for the community through Aeroboxing exercise which will be held at Tiger Hype Mart Makassar, Sunday, November 30, 2025.

This event is part of Holywings Peduli's commitment in collaboration with Tiger Hype Mart Makassar and Helen's Makassar to invite the public, especially residents of Maccini Sombala Village, to live a more active and enjoyable life through physical activities that are easily followed by all groups.

Aeroboxing is a combination sport between aerobics and a light (non-contact) boxing technique that is carried out following the rhythm of music. Fast movement with stable rhythm makes this sport effective for training the heart, muscle strength, body resistance, and coordination of movement.

This sport is very safe for beginners because it does not involve physical fights or direct contact, so it can be followed by men and women of various ages.

With these benefits, Aeroboxing is one of the sports that is now in great demand by the fitness community in various cities.

Since morning, participants have started to fill the Tiger Hype Mart Makassar area. The instructor leads the warm-up session, a combination of jab crossshoot, foot movements, and cooling sessions that make the body feel lighter.

"It's really fun! Aeroboxing is easy to follow even though I'm a beginner. The body feels lighter and sweats a lot," said Rina, one of the participants.

Andrew Susanto, President Commissioner of Holywings Group and Chair of the Holywings Care CSR Program expressed his enthusiasm to present activities that have a health impact on the community.

"As part of our social commitment, we hold this activity to support a healthy lifestyle in the surrounding environment. We want to continue to present programs that provide direct benefits to residents," said Andrew Susanto.

Holywings Peduli plans to continue other sports programs, such as fun cardio, zumba, to health education for the community in various Indonesian cities.

With the holding of this Aeroboxing, Holywings Peduli hopes that more and more residents will be inspired to maintain regular fitness in an easy and fun way.

After the Aeroboxing sports series was lively, Holywings Peduli closed the event with no less exciting activities: the ping pong relay competition attended by participants with enthusiasm.

This simple but laughing game is held as a form of closing entertainment that strengthens the togetherness of the participants. The competition is carried out in groups, where each participant must pass the ping pong ball to the next team members.
