JAKARTA - PT Mayora Indah Tbk will share blessings to its shareholders. The consumer company with the stock code MYOR will distribute dividends to shareholders worth Rp52 per share for a total of Rp1.16 trillion.

Finance Director Mayora Indah Hendrik Polisar said the decision resulted from the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) which was held last Friday, July 23.

"The dividend represents about 55 percent of the company's profit," said Hendrik.

Meanwhile, the dividend will be distributed on August 13, 2021 to shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company's Register of Shareholders on August 4, 2021.

Based on the financial statements as of December 31, 2021, Mayora recorded a profit for the year attributable to owners of the parent entity of Rp. 2.06 trillion, an increase of 3.51 percent compared to the previous year of Rp. 1.99 trillion.
