JAKARTA - Minister of Public Works (PU) Dody Hanggodo admitted that there has been no return of the 2025 budget to the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) until now.

On the same occasion, the Secretary General of the Ministry of PU Wida Nurfaida said, until December 18, 2025, the PU Ministry had absorbed a budget of 76.11 percent.
"So, the progress (realization of the budget) until December 18 at 12.00 from our effective ceiling of Rp. 111.73 trillion, the physical progress is 78.94 percent and the financial progress is 76.11 percent," said Wida.
Although it is still far from the target set, Wida said he was optimistic that his party could achieve the budget realization that had been targeted.
"So, we are still optimistic. These friends of the Directorate General are still optimistic to be able to absorb according to the prognosis target of 96 percent," he added.
