BP-BUMN Affirms Support For PERURI Transformation, Tedi Bharata Gives Strategic Directions At Executive Briefing

JAKARTA - As a strategic step in facing global business challenges and facing the company's future targets, PERURI will hold an Executive Briefing with the theme Strengthening Governance Through Effective Internal Control to Enhance Business Resilience. This event took place at the Subono Mantofani Building, PERURI Jakarta Office, on Tuesday, December 9.

This activity is designed as a forum for equating perceptions and strengthening the commitment of all elements of company leadership (Top Level Management) related to the importance of implementing internal control. Through an interactive talk show format, this event aims to encourage discussions that lead to strategic decisions to create sustainable company resilience.

The event began with the submission of an activity report by PERURI's Director of Finance and Risk Management, Fajar Rizki. In his report, Fajar Rizki explained the series of activities that had been carried out, main performance achievements, and developments of ongoing strategic programs.

Then the event was continued by a speech from the President Director of PERURI, Dwina Septiani Wijaya. In his speech, Dwina emphasized the urgency of accelerating the company's transformation.

"This agenda is very important to prepare for the massive transformation of PERURI, especially regarding the new mandate given by the government. All group leaders are expected to be able to meet the 2026 Company Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) targets with a strong governance foundation," said Dwina.

Also attending this event, Deputy Head of the BUMN Regulatory Agency, Tedi Bharata, gave strategic directions. Tedi highlighted the strategic position of PERURI in the national digital ecosystem.

The event's core session was filled with talk shows that presented two expert resource persons, namely Plt. Assistant Deputy for Risk Management and Compliance with BP-BUMN, Anindita Eka Wibisono, and Assurance Partner of PwC Indonesia, Meita Laimanto. In his presentation on the BUMN Corporate Management Link in Creating Business Resilience', Anindita reminded PERURI's vital role.

"PERURI sesuai undang-undang, memiliki privilege untuk industri masa depan dan harus sustain," ungkapnya.

Meanwhile, Meita Laimanto, who brought the material "Best Practice" in the Effective Internal Control Implementation, emphasized the fundamental aspects of governance.

"Management links are not just a formality, but a major foundation for the company's progress," explained Meita.

Closing the series of events, PERURI Supervisory Board, Marlison Hakim, gave his views on the importance of internalizing governance culture.

"That governance is not a formality, but growth to build sustainability. I invite the entire ranks that this event should not be considered as a mere formality, but a contemplation for the future of PERURI, through internal strengthening and human resources culture," said Marlison.

Through this Executive Briefing, PERURI emphasized its commitment to continue to strengthen good corporate governance (Good Corporate Governance) as the main basis in carrying out business and digital transformation, in order to make the best contribution to the nation and state.
